We recently completed our house purchase with the support of Kirsty (Conveyancing Solicitor) and Kim (Conveyancing Assistant) at Sills & Betteridge, and we are extremely pleased with the service we received.Despite some early challenges and the stress that naturally comes with buying a home, Kirsty and Kim have genuinely gone above and beyond for us. They worked collaboratively throughout the entire process, kept our case a priority, and chased updates wherever possible.As long‑distance clients, communication was especially important to us, and they were consistently prompt, professional, and supportive — whether by email or telephone. Their reassurance and commitment made a stressful mortgage process much easier to manage.We are very grateful for their hard work, dedication, and high‑level professionalism. Jessica Cooper from the Boston office helped me with an emergency Non-Molestation order and was extremely helpful, not only did she put me at ease throughout- she constantly checked in to see how I was doing (in my opinion above and beyond her duties). I would highly recommend Jess and thankyou for all you have done and thankyou for sorting everything so quickly. Very professional.

Jessica Cooper represented me on a family matter which was horrific. Jessica was absolutely brilliant her patience knowledge empathy and understanding was amazing. she explained everything to me every step of the way through the days leading up to the court hearing and afterwards. Nothing was too much trouble no matter how many calls or emails I sent. I would definitely recommend Jessica to represent and support you. Jessica also has an amazing team. Jessica should be a Partner as she is an absolute credit to to the Company

I had the privilege of being represented by Jess Cooper and I could not have asked for better support, Jess truly cared about my family’s wellbeing and made the whole process so much easier!
I first spoke to Jess in January 2024 and had her by my side during a stressful time in September 2025 it was a pleasure and we achieved a great outcome, but I could not of done it without her! Jess’ knowledge is flawless and straight to the point! I highly recommend her for any family law matter.
