We were highly recommended the services of Deborah Linford, by a former colleague, as an Immigration Solicitor who would be able to assist my wife in obtaining as spouse settlement visa, as we return to my native England after many years living abroad. Deborah met every expectation, calmly navigating us around the intricacies of the application and ensuring we had all the documentation prepared and ready for submission, even though we were working on it thousands of miles away. She kept us fully informed of all developments along the journey to receiving the visa, which my wife now has. We would have no hesitation in recommending Deborah as an Immigration Solicitor to anyone else seeking a spouse settlement visa - or for any other service related to immigration - and in fact, we already have. I was represented by Katy Webb through my divorce, she was in touch keeping me updated through the entire process which made things a lot less stressful than they could have been. Katy explained every single detail and explained and helped with forms and things I didn't understand. Sills & Betteridge have been invaluable to me through my entire separation and divorce plus a non molestation order representing me twice. I will absolutely be recommending them to anyone who is facing similar difficulties. I can't stress enough how much they've helped.

When other firms turned their backs, this company took the time and effort to help me obtain legal aid to defend my non molestation order against the respondent who was contesting.
Ross Tandon was so very calm, thorough and professional throughout the process and subsequent hearing. In contrast I was emotional, anxious, distressed and despairing at times, but Ross never missed a beat. Ross remained so very calm, quiet, and collective at all times which reassured me and gave me confidence.
I'm sure this young man has a wonderful career ahead of him. He is a credit to the firm.

Sarah Davies was absolutely fantastic she was the only person who took on my case and was incredibly helpful not only as a solicitor but she became a friend. Someone who listened and didn't judge.
