Highly recommend the staff at Mancini’s! James Vick represented us while we bought and sold properties, and Laura Brown did a huge amount of legwork assisting the process. If you’ve ever moved house, you’ll know how stressful and lengthy the transaction is. Laura and James achieved a lot within the first couple of months, and we would have completed ahead of schedule if we hadn’t had the slowest lawyer in the world at the bottom of our chain. Still, they chased and prompted frequently, and they did not mind when I did the same (some solicitors can get a bit of a bruised ego if you “help” - they didn’t). Calm and quick to respond to my queries, especially when things got a bit worrying toward the end.

Finally, they are not cheap, but their services are exceptionally well-priced for the hours they put in. Whether you have a new or old build, these are the people to choose.
