Absolutely would not recommend to house sale or purchase. Quite possibly the most incapable firm I’ve had to deal with. Got the job done in the end but have had to chase at every single stage, poor communication, slow replies to emails (multiple days later after calling.) Exchange date passed with no explanation or communication, again had to call to ask what was happening and ended up speaking to the seller directly (their solicitors also had no communication and were left in the dark). Took Rohan an additional two days for them to reassign file to another solicitor (after more chasing). Disappointed as I was recommended them by a local estate agent but would have made no difference using a firm that wasn’t local. Unfortunately a terrible experience and would not recommend for house sale / purchase.
