LCF RESIDENTIAL LIMITED

I used LCF Residential when purchasing my first home last year. I wanted to go with a local solicitors but was new to the area so didn’t have a recommendation so I just chose LCF based on reviews. Searches were carried out quickly and Tracey and Toni’s speed at responding to emails and providing information was brilliant! A family member is now in the process of buying a house using a different solicitors and their experience has been nowhere near as smooth which has prompted me to leave this review! I think my quote from LCF was slightly higher than a couple of others I received but in my opinion was absolutely worth it for the service and communication provided! Thank you! :)

Very disappointed with their service. Confusing and poor communication. Independent advisor had to chase them on several occasions. Also, unclear fees disclosure; they sent me different invoices with different names and values, which I had to ask several times and they also seemed confused.

Dealt with quite a few solicitors over the last couple of years. Tracey at LFC is by far the best. Does what she says, very responsive to phone calls and emails, brilliant customer service. Will be using them again. Thank you Tracey.
