We've just experienced a well managed sale of our property using LCF Residential as our solicitor. The process was conducted using the LCF app in which all the documents required for the sale and communication between us and LCF appeared. You also get to see clearly how far through the process you are. In spite of the anonymity of this approach we did in fact get to speak to various members of the LCF team at certain points in the sale when we needed clarification or information. And the whole thing was managed within a very reasonable budget considering what happens in the background. We are pleased with how things went.
