My sale was quite complex and, courtesy of several potential buyers pulling out at the last minute, took far longer than any of us had expected. Throughout this lengthy experience, my solicitor, Suzanne, was wonderful, proactive and very supportive. I am very grateful for all her hard work and would definitely recommend this firm of solicitors.

Belated review but I/ we worked with Suzanne over about an 18 month period and can’t fault her at all. We went through:

- lease extension on a flat
- sale of the same flat
- a failed house purchase. (Thanks to Suzanne finding a flaw in the property, so very much a positive!)
- successful purchase of a house

The biggest compliment I can give is I never felt the need to chase. I asked for an update periodically and was always provided details of what has happened since and what was outstanding. Over that entire period and all that work - it was never with her and she was actively chasing other parties.

Excellent service recently with Liz Cashinella managing the conveyancing on a probate sale. Efficient and prompt responses all the way through. Great to have one individual to be dealing with for everything . Thank you .
