Poor service from the property conveyance Brighton branch of Coole Bevis…two months into the purchasing process of a property the solicitor realises they have a conflict of interest as already representing the seller. What a poor show of service and waste of everyone’s time.
My recommendation: certainly don’t use their property conveyance team!
