Caroline Barnes was so friendly, helpful and efficient, keeping me informed every step of the way whilst dealing with the job at hand. Caroline was always very approachable and never too busy to explain. Her colleagues in the Bognor office were very friendly and helpful too. Would highly recommend SMR without hesitation. Caroline Barnes was most helpful when I wished to update my will. She gave constructive advice about how to word it to reflect my wishes. I was given time to consider this and she was available to discuss points I was unsure of before going ahead.
