Our house purchase was handled by Ellie (a trainee Solicitor) who was very professional and always easy to get hold of. We first purchased a house in Chichester with Lizzie Spraggs some years ago, and then later sold the house and asked Lizzie to help once more because the first time she was great. On selling the property similarly she was quick and helpful with us completing within a couple of months

I used Lizzie for the sale and the purchase of my new house. She was excellent throughout the entire process. She replied quickly and efficiently to all my emails and I felt she had my back the entire time. My buyers solicitors was being particularly difficult and she held firm and saved me a lot of money because they insisted upon on certain indemnity insurance that we didn't really need.
