I was represented by Avery Naylor Solicitors in Swansea during my family court case beginning in 2021. My solicitor was Zoe Brown. Unfortunately, I did not feel fully supported during what was a very stressful and emotional period.
When the judge in my case refused to provide reasons for a decision that had a serious impact on my life and my relationship with my children, I expected my solicitor to push for an explanation or file a request for a written judgment. This did not happen, and I felt my concerns were not strongly represented.
I believe clients deserve clear communication, strong advocacy, and a willingness to challenge decisions when necessary — particularly when the stakes involve family and children.
In my personal experience, I did not receive that level of service. I am sharing this review so others can make an informed choice.

Exceptional family law Solicitors. Sarah was well informed on the law and explained the options available to us very clearly and patiently. She readily understood the issues we faced quickly and with empathy. She handled follow up correspondence promptly and efficiently. We will definitely return to Avery Naylor should we require any further advice.

Disappointing Experience with Avery Naylor solicitors.
I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Lucy Jones. Despite our explicit instructions, they repeatedly got our children's names wrong, demonstrating a alarming lack of attention to detail.

Communication was also severely lacking. Emails were sent at inconvenient hours, and responses to our queries were consistently delayed or nonexistent. We were misled about the progress of our case, and when I requested an update, I was shocked to be told that our relationship had broken down and it was best to end our relationship with the firm.

This level of incompetence and insensitivity is unacceptable, especially when dealing with sensitive family matters. I would strongly advise against using Avery Naylor solicitors.
