We recently needed a solicitor urgently to witness and sign a statutory document in order to complete our house transaction. We contacted several firms, but none were able to offer us an immediate appointment. LFBB were very helpful and gave us an appointment straight away, which made the whole process much easier for us. Excellent and efficient service. We will definitely use them again in the future, especially as we will soon be purchasing a house.

Jamie at LLFB was outstanding as our conveyancer for our recent house move. She really did go above and beyond to ensure our house move went through as quickly as possible. She always responded to emails and phone calls directly and promptly (or always called back if she was busy). I would have no hesitation recommending Jamie.

I wouldn’t recommend this firm for house moves. They were very slow and trying to get information from them was very difficult. Communication was poor. It was only when I complained things actually got moving.

Our vendors used LFBB Solicitors, in our recent house purchase. The communication from them was incredibly slow with our solicitor (and they didnt respond at all to our the vendors own estate agents). These delays led to the initial exchange date being missed and further delayed, which threatened the sale. This appears to be a theme in other reviews
