I had a very disappointing experience with this solicitor firm and would strongly advise others to avoid using their services.

I was charged for property searches, and shortly afterwards I was informed that they were unable to continue handling my case. I accepted their decision and was prepared to move to another solicitor. However, I was waiting for them to send me the search results so I could proceed without further delay.

Instead of allowing me to transfer my case smoothly, they contacted the seller’s solicitor without my permission and prevented me from switching to a new solicitor in time. As a result, the seller withdrew from the sale, and I have suffered significant financial loss due to their actions.

The service I received was extremely poor, with a lack of communication, lack of professionalism, and no regard for the impact on my purchase.

I will never use this firm again and I do not recommend them to anyone. Very poor customer service and a very frustrating experience overall.

Jan provided an excellent service in relation to the recent sale/purchase of my home. He promptly responds to emails and pushed the process along. I would not hesitate to recommend Jan for conveyancing work.

Thanks to Rachell I feel far more knowledgeable about conveyancing now and she was incredibly responsive to emails. We cannot fault the service we received at Norrie, Waite and Slater at Killamarsh. We always got a response to any queries we had on the same day, and Jan was a massive help in ensuring the sale went through smoothly. I have to say he was up against it dealing with the buyer’s solicitors, who were dreadful with their communication.
