Instructed these guys to run an MOD hearing loss claim for me. Would absolutely not recommend at all, they do not communicate in anyway, they are very lazy and rude. Even had Nusheen Zabier, point blank lie on emails. For me to easily call out the lies. Gives absolutely no confidence in a solicitor who can be found out so easily. I then asked for her to be taken off the case, which she was for it to be put in the responsibility of another lady who has not made any contact at all either. Such an unprofessional firm, phone calls off No caller ID. Lies on emails. No accountability. No communication at all. No action taken. Just like to pass the blame on to everyone else. This is my first experience with Zenith lawyers and will most definitely be my last. Wish I’d of spoken to other people who have had and are having the same issues too.

To note, the lady who contacted me regarding Nusheen lying and passing it onto another solicitor, was fantastic. She was really nice and apologetic, just a shame she seems to be the only one with any decency and manners.

Would absolutely not recommend these to any other veteran out there suffering with hearing loss. Go elsewhere, it’ll be dealt with much faster, in a better way and much less stressful.
