Used this Solicitor numerous times over a 10 year period and could not fault. Unfortunately since Andrea left last summer, the firm has fallen apart. I would definitely not recommend using them now unless you want a different person appointed to your case every few weeks.

I have used Woodhouse twice and about to use them again. I have found them to be professional, friendly and go the extra mile to get things done.

If you want a cheap solicitor this is the place but for the Love of God pay the extra and find someone else.
You will be lied to, you will here all sorts of excuses, they forget to fill out forms at land registry to protect your investment then don't want to respond to phone calls or emails and it will take months and months to get a transaction dealt with.
Save yourself the stress pay a little extra.

Terrible service from start to finish. It took the best part of 5 months for Woodhouse to complete the sale conveyancing work on a house that wasn’t in a chain and the purchaser was a cash buyer. In the first 3 months I received not one update and had to constantly chase at every stage, making 50+ phone calls/emails. Case was passed to 3 different solicitors within the company and staff were sometimes rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company.

After my experience when dealing with this solicitors for a house purchase. Please double check your paperwork and ensure it relates to the property you are purchasing as this company accepts no responsibility for their error irrespective of the serious of the consequences. If a legal representative cannot get the paperwork correct it doesn't install much faith. I would not recommend this company to family or friends
