I called requesting to speak with a solicitor regarding a probate matter. The lady who answered the phone (assume receptionist) completely misunderstood what I said, kept giving irrelevant responses and told me solicitors won't get involved and didn't even put me through to anyone. I immediately called another local firm and spoke with a solicitor who offered a meeting. The call with Wood Sherwood left a very poor impression.

Kerry was excellent with my recent flat sale. She was very easy to contact and explained everything well. It wasn’t the most straightforward sale so I appreciate her support with everything.

Avoid at all costs if getting a divorce, always on holiday when needed, mostly sticking up for your ex, late on getting information for pensions, so you loose a lot, yes Tim I’m talking about you and my ex husbands solicitor has said the same , never has she seen someone as slow as you, I lost a lot of money because of you. I hope your happy
