I recently had the misfortune of ordering from Foot Locker, and the experience was such a disaster that I genuinely wonder whether this company is managed at all, or if the leadership simply specializes in incompetence.
I ordered, one pair of shoes and received a completely different model in the wrong size. Not “slightly wrong.” Completely wrong. Apparently, Foot Locker just ships whatever they feel like and lets customers deal with the consequences later.
And the return process? Absolute nightmare fuel. The company happily keeps your money hostage for up to two weeks while you waste your time fixing their mistakes. What a brilliant business model: send random products, create chaos, and enjoy an interest-free loan from angry customers.
At this point, poor management is clearly not the issue anymore, the total lack of operational competence is built directly into the service itself. Customer support is useless, accountability doesn’t exist, and the entire online shopping experience feels like it was designed by people actively trying to sabotage retail.
0/10. Avoid Foot Locker unless you enjoy paying premium prices to participate in a logistical circus run by people who should never be anywhere near management. In the pic. there is not a pair of Nike P-6000 for sure !!!

Bunch of crooks! Claim they sent notices of arrears to my old address (impossible due to postal redirect to my new flat), then magically had my new address when it was time to send the debt collection notice... £400 for nothing! STEER CLEAR

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and indignation following the recent revelations at the Post Office inquiry, where Andrew Parsons' testimony shed light on the egregious misconduct perpetuated by your firm. The evidence presented paints a damning picture of a tainted and morally bankrupt organization, riddled with pseudo-criminals masquerading as professionals.

It is appalling to witness the extent of corruption and unethical behavior that has taken root in your firm. The so-called Partners at the helm have not only failed in their duty to uphold justice and integrity but have actively contributed to a culture of deceit and malpractice. This is a betrayal of the trust placed in your firm by your clients and the public.

I urge you to take immediate and decisive action to address these grave issues. The first step towards redemption is to sack these disreputable Partners who have tarnished your firm's name. Only through a thorough purge of corruption and a commitment to transparency and ethical conduct can you hope to reclaim your reputation.

The legal profession demands the highest standards of honesty and accountability. It is imperative that you act now to restore faith in your firm and demonstrate that such behavior will not be tolerated. The public and your clients deserve better!

Their branch in Newcastle has sent me two threatening letters in the last 2 years claiming my late Father owed thousands of pounds on a property that he NEVER owned. Womble Bond Dickinson are clearly acting on behalf of greedy and manipulative freeholders and attempting to steal their hard earned money. Disgusting and shameful company .

My elderly grandmother was taken into a Care Home over a year ago and this firm, who were dealing with ground rent, hounded her for payment via letter until we were able to get them to back off while we sorted out Power of attorney. Having finally sorted out the arrangements (my father was living abroad) we found that we she was charged £150 for a legal letter even though they were totally aware of the situation. What’s more we haven’t been able to sell my grandmothers flat until the ground rent (fair enough) and the £150 charge for the letter (outrageous) was paid and they have refused to waive the fine. Just another business that makes money from preying on vulnerable people. If someone would like to discuss that would be great. This was the Newcastle office.
