I'm writing this review just to help other people who need legal service to steer clear of this solicitor or legal firm. Expecially domestic abuse case or family case which is very significant and life changing. Don't make the mistake of using this legal firm. I had to give them notice to stop representing me because of communication breakdown, very unprofessional, poor communication, rushing my case last minute and not taking me along. They don't listen to anything you have to say. If you complain so that they can put things right, they take this very personal and will not respond to any of your emails.
I had to find out after calling Wilson solicitors that my allocated solicitor was on holiday after enquiring about her whereabouts. The solicitor is never in the office. No guidance about the court process. I thought the solicitor would be back from her holiday before the hearing. I'm unsure if she is even qualified to represent in court settings. The barister they hired to represent me recieved my case from Wilson solicitors the night before the hearing.
I found out about who would represent me 30 minutes before the hearing. They basically don't care, just for the money, I suppose. You cannot just play with someone's life like this. A lay person would do a better service. I'm now representing myself. Steer clear. All the other negative feedback in this review platform is very true as I experienced this myself.
