Dealt with Wilson Browne with regard to the recent death of a relative and a Will enquiry. Initially I spoke with Chantay, who was very kind and pleasant to deal with but then had the misfortune to have to speak to someone further up the chain who was quite frankly rude and patronising. I am not fully conversant with law terminology and procedures and therefore a better understanding and politeness from this person would have been appreciated.

I have just paid off my final bill and can honestly say I have never received such terrible service. From the receptionists to the accounts team to the solicitors, every single person I spoke to was incredibly rude, made you feel like you were wasting their time and did not listen to even small requests such as which address to send important paperwork to. Please, for your own sanity, do not use this place if you are purchasing a house. They made the stress of it all 10 times worse and could not care less that they make you feel like that.
