I am not someone that leaves poor reviews, in fact I believe this is the first one I have ever, ever left!!
Started my journey of buying a house in October and it is still not done, seller is using these solicitors and I can’t believe how slow they are and how poorly they communicate.
The agency and my solicitors are chasing them constantly and are not able to provide an update which is the only thing I have ever asked for as I am in no rush to move.
I can’t imagine how awful it must be for people that need to complete the sale and move faster.
I am writing this here as I have run out of patience and for the love of god avoid them if you want to have piece of mind and a smooth transaction!!

Everyone at the Higham branch is friendly, helpful, and prompt to reply to emails and calls; but I would like to thank Sam Brett in particular and her team for their help with my recent house move.
