I had the pleasure of meeting Sadaf as my conveyancer. The matter was dealt with professionally and ease. There were no issues and everything was explained in details.
Sadaf was pleasant, thorough and worked swiftly. There were no delays in handing any queries that I had.
Thank you to Sadaf and Majid for their hard work.
I would definitely recommend the firm to family and friends.

All around good experience with Jess, Amal, and Halle. They were very patient with our many questions, and always prompt with the replies to our emails and questions. I found Jess very warm and professional, and as FTBs we felt very well looked after. Would highly recommend working with Jess and the team!

Incompetent, unprofessional, rude.
Hired on the estate agent’s recommendation, after we were told the Seller was more likely to accept our offer, if we used a local firm.*
During the 15 months we had contact with Whitefields:
- We corresponded with four different paralegals. Our lawyer, Jessica Glazier, was largely unavailable.
- Jess’ team issued erroneous invoices for payment, lost signed legal documents and sent incorrect references for large payment transfers
- Did not communicate clearly in a timely manner about what was required for exchange
- When I flagged mistakes, Jess told me I hadn’t want to use her firm in the first place. She then refused to take my calls.
- Our land registry application was completed five months before it was sent to us. In the interim, Whitefields forgot they had it and chased for paperwork to complete it.
- 15 months after completion, we are still owed our £500 retention
*The seller has since told me personally that this was a lie. I can only speculate on the relationship between local estate agents and lawyers but I am confident it is not in clients’ best interests.

We have had a great experience working with both Sadaf and Majid from start to finish, their professionalism, expertise and attention to detail has been exceptional. We have always received prompt responses and clear communication. They genuinely cared about receiving the best outcome for us as their clients and they have been patient with explaining things to us, as often there can be a lot of back and forth with each case. We couldn't recommend them highly enough, a brilliant firm to work with!

Unfortunately, I would not recommend Whitefields due to poor communication and a lack of attention to detail. They supported us with the purchase of a property and, to their credit, the sale was completed on time with no issues around money. Omar, our main contact, was always courteous and friendly.
However, communication was a consistent problem. We often found it extremely difficult to reach Omar, even during critical negotiation stages, and I frequently had to chase for responses—sometimes two or three times—before receiving answers. For example, after eight months, I had to chase for the Land Registry title deed multiple times, even though it had been issued to them two months earlier.
I also identified errors in documents, some of which were never fully corrected. At several points we were left in the dark about the importance of legal documents despite asking for clarification. As others have noted in their reviews, responses often felt selective. For example, after negotiating with our vendor for an indemnity policy during exchange, I chased Whitefields seven times for this with no acknowledgement.
