I consulted this lawyer to have a document notarised. During the same appointment, I explained another legal issue regarding registering my children for my nationality. Their father is unwilling to cooperate, and I understand that his presence is normally required for the registration.

The lawyer suggested that he could prepare a declaration stating that I have no contact with the children’s father and do not know his whereabouts. He assured me that this declaration would allow me to proceed with the registration and guaranteed that it would work. He charged me £150 for this service.

Before paying, I contacted him again to confirm that the declaration would be accepted and that it would resolve my situation. He reassured me that it would.

However, when I attended the embassy, they refused to accept the document and informed me that they were not aware that a solicitor could issue such a declaration without a court process.

When I contacted the lawyer to explain what had happened, he denied responsibility, stated that he had only done what I asked, and refused to refund the money, despite the fact that the suggestion and assurances had come from him.

I feel misled and taken advantage of at a time when I was vulnerable and seeking proper legal advice. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Very Good Experience with Mr Muhammad Naeem, West Ham Solicitors

This was my second home purchase with Mr Naeem. First home I bought in 2021 and second in 2026. Both times my experience was very good.

Mr Naeem is very experienced person. He guide me properly step by step and make whole process very smooth. He always reply urgent and no delay in response. He focus on file and complete work on time. Because of him, buying second home was stress free.

I can give him 10 stars. In future if I buy another home, definitely I will go again with Mr Naeem.

Also I ask him about my immigration matter, ILR and nationality. He guide me very nicely and treat me like human, not only client. Some advice he give without money and I really respect that. Even when I call him for small questions, he always guide me properly.
