Howard is rude. Told me to explain what happened then started talking over me every 2 seconds, telling me to be quiet? Had it in for me because he has a friend from TBJ solicitors who I had a disagreement with, well dont accept legal aid then? Also forced me to plead guilty to racism because I asked if an officer could speak English well enough??

Extremely poor quality service they would refuse to take phone calls for me, meaning.I was wasting phone credit meant for family promised me they were applying for bail but never actually got round to add insult to injury on sentencing day the guy instead of following my instruction and asking for what probation recommended he deciced to do his own thing and got me the worst result possible
If it was possible to leave no stars i would as i dont see how the service i suffered could have been any worse i could only recomend this company to people i want to suffer

Amazing service and people feel confident in there professional approach really there for me at lowest and would recommend anyone if in courts to use them amazing thank you for everything you have done x

Avoid this firm at all costs. At not one point, other than the original conference, did they give me any confidence in their abilities to act on my behalf.

I was given wrong and potentially damaging advice from the start and I’ve got trainers older than their barristers. They didn’t do half of the work promised and in the end I had to pay again to use a different legal firm, and fortunately managed to get the result I was looking for.
