Weightmans acted for the respondent in my tribunal. Poor communication. Late with deadlines despite knowing I had a disability which needed advance notice of issues. Paman was rude and made inaccurate statements to me via email. Whilst Mr Peacock was nice enough, it was evident during the hearing that he hadn’t looked through the document bundles thoroughly as many pieces of evidence were met with surprise or agitation. They failed to cooperate to agree a final hearing bundle knowing that I had a disability, was self litigant and struggling financially. I would strongly recommend using a more ethical solicitors. I have email proof of all of the above.
