I would avoid using their conveyancing service. Communication was extremely poor throughout the process. I was never able to speak by phone with the person handling my purchase and my requests for calls were ignored. They appeared to prefer email communication only, yet responses often took days or over a week, and frequently did not address the questions I had asked. This resulted in unnecessary delays.

I also found there was a lack of guidance regarding both the purchase process and survey issues, which has not been my experience when buying previous properties. In the end, I withdrew from the purchase due to problems identified in the survey, however, based on my experience, I believe completion would have taken a very long time had I proceeded.

I would highly recommend Mr. Atputhan Saravanapavan. he provided excellent advice from start to end. He is highly knowledgeable, responds quickly, and ensures the best possible outcome.
