We have been using Underwoods Totton for our conveyancing, wills and other legal documents for many years and will continue to do so. Awful firm to deal with. They represented the vendor of the property and were slow to respond throughout the transaction. Once we completed a year after the offer was accepted I thought the pain had ended. Sadly not, 8 months after completion we're now attempting to remortgage the property and we're unable to do so due to Underwoods not ensuring the charges were removed. They were repeatedly told the property was being remortgaged and all parties needed to remove their interests and update Land Registry accordingly as they'd been paid. In these circumstances Land Registry can expedite proceedings. Avoid at all costs if you are a buyer or seller as they will cost you time and money.

Kelly made the whole process of selling our late father's property straight forward and painless. Everything happened very quickly, being our family home it was a very sad time made easier by Kelly's professionalism and efficency on the day of completion.
