My name is Haleh Pourzand, I talked to one of your solicitors named Liz , I explained my condition… she advised me briefly & told me I am gonna send you questionnaire which U should fill it & drop it in office, then we will meet up soon. I did so & then after couple of days her secretary called me & said we can’t get any professional action in this case !!!
Can’t understand why ?🤔already I had talked to solicitor who was positive but the secretary rejected me !!!

Due to poor advice/direction from TWM we paid HMRC what transpired to be the incorrect Stamp duty on a property purchase which resulted in a huge interest charge. When we reported this to TWM they claimed they are ‘not tax experts’! (Most reasonable minded folk would expect property lawyers to know how to calculate the correct Stamp duty tax). Too costly and emotionally draining to sue them, we’ve moved on and transferred our personal and business legal service business to a different firm.

I would highly recommend TWM when selling or purchasing a property. Mark and Lorraine were really efficient and helped push our transaction along. Tara was great and was even dealing with our case whilst on annual leave to ensure completion was met.
