Very disappointing. Housing team solicitor Simon gave me the wrong legal advice. I was recommended this place by the courts duty team Mary Ward- I was given the impression there could be a bias and conflict of interest. One of many red flags was minimising the urgency and facts of my case to favour the landlord solicitors Devonshires-, like telling me risk to health was not seen as such by the eyes of the court. I would not recommend at all.

Do not expect expect legal advice or support that mirror the laws of this country.

They also do not recognise the needs of disabled people.

We cannot recommend Rashid highly enough. Although we had a few troubles at the start of our house purchase, Rashid stepped in and completely turned the experience around for us. My experience is the housing department does not operate as a trust worthy firm. At first I thiught it was legal aid but its not that. It is because the TV Edwards solicitors take advantage of the fact one has minimal legal knowledge and will deliberatly downplay the merits of your case.

I leave this feedback to warn anyone to be mindful that you will not get the outcome requested instead an outcome that favours the landlord.
