Made an enquiry over the phone , if they offered services that could help my situation. Was met with a loud, rude arrogant man who shouted at me 'that they were a criminal defense lawyer and they couldn't help me', didn't even bother to politely signpost me to another lawyer who could help.
Steer clear.

Took on my case; went on holiday for a month and a half; dropped my case due to a conflict they hadn't spotted. They were unapologetic and implied since I could afford them I must be a criminal. Stay away from small town sollicitors.
