This is not a reliable firm. They failed to properly register my property after completion, an error I only discovered years later when my current solicitor informed me during the process of selling the property. This serious oversight has caused unnecessary delays and complications in my sale, creating significant stress and uncertainty at a time when the transaction should have been straightforward.

When I raised a formal complaint about this matter with the solicitor responsible and the firm’s director, I was extremely disappointed by their response. Although they acknowledged the mistake, they refused to provide the outcome I was seeking.

As a client, it is deeply frustrating to be placed in a position where I must now spend additional time and effort pursuing further complaints from my already busy schedule, simply to correct a mistake that should never have occurred in the first place. The firm appears to take advantage of the fact that clients are forced to navigate complex and time-consuming complaint procedures, adding to an already problematic situation entirely of their own making.
