Cannot recommend Heather. I was informed that the letter I had provided was suitable for legal aid then received an email the next day to say she wasn't sure and as they had experienced a cyber attack would not know until the end of November. Heather knew The Court Case was the 19th November. Another Law Company said she could have sent the letter via email and received confirmation within 48 hours ??!!
Heather was very quick to send a contract for me to sign to pay privately she knew I was anxious and took advantage of the situation. Thankfully the letter has been accepted. Heather you need to treat your client's fairly and be honest. My advice is to think carefully before you decide to choose Heather.
