This is the worse of the worse. They acted on credit card charges. After 4 yers I hade first letter they win case winning £540 which i never received.
They send me bill £1260. And if i don't pay they will charge me each month £50 on top. When I called and explain as disabled on disability and cancer patient i can only pay £5.00 month they refused and say I have to pay £20.00,a month. If don't pay they use enforcement.
Very very harsh !! I won't be eating or keeping warm . Avoid this company its big scam. !!! Scam scam

Worst company ever. Ive use Tms legal assuming they have done claim through the bank before they didn't give me no support how to fill out the form just wait 6 months with not call reply only a text saying unfortunately your claim got rejected..... no help at all been in debt for a long time with the bank no support at all. Tms legal didn't help my claim so why did I use them recommend keep clear has they don't even help in the claim as I fill the paperwork natwest as for. ...

If I could have marked zero on the review then I would have. A terrible service they contact you to help get money back but all along it was to know money off the total which I miss understood so now I’m in debt with them. I’ve tried to sort a payment plan but u can’t contact them so I have now set up a standing order to do my self it took them two months to actually respond to my emails. They are joke anyone reading this please be careful before committed to these people they don’t help things they make things harder for you and you end up out of pocket…………….🤬

Awful. Tried to start an overdraft claim and they repeatedly told me they had sent docs to my bank when they hadn't. Resulted in the case getting closed multiple times. At least they did the first part for me. Taking the final part to the ombudsman myself so they can wave goodbye to their cut
