Great firm. The solicitor working on this case was knowledgeable, patient, and very approachable. I felt comfortable asking questions throughout the process and the advice provided was clear and helpful.

My only area for improvement would be around response times and proactiveness. At times I had to chase for updates, and it would be helpful if the firm could proactively contact clients when further agreements or documents need to be signed. It may also be useful to diarise important deadlines and prioritise cases with time-sensitive matters to avoid clients needing to follow up.

Overall, I had a positive experience and appreciated the support provided.
