From the off, they explained what my options were and what expectations I should or could have but, at the same time, they never put me under any pressure to settle my dispute with my former employer, rather, instead, took a stance of, ‘If you are not happy, then don’t settle’, whilst explaining the consequences and risks of not settling in a reasonable and honest way.

Also, and importantly, this firm is also not solely ‘money orientated’ like some other solicitor firms have been in my past experience. Of course, they are a business, not a charity, but, unlike many law firms, they don’t simply see ‘£’ signs every opportunity they have to write a letter or email or answer a telephone call.

Would I recommend them? Yes. 100%. And if I ever need a solicitor to represent me in a similar case in the future, I’ll be calling them again! But I really hope that I’ll never need to, though.
