One of the best solicitors I have used . Everything was explained to me in a way that was clear and decisive. Always responded when you phoned and never had to wait for a reply if you were told you would get a phone call back you always did would recommend using this solicitor very highly

Never been so upset and such ashame to find I paid nearly £700 and had to go with another solicitor due to lack of confidence. Very weak in court no real fight to find out on my paperwork given after court it was all pre empted. As solicitor knew more than I knew no wonder they didn’t show me any paperwork before hand. I hadn’t signed seen anything. This was picked up also solicitor was consistently pacing up and down court now know why. Also more or less bullying me to plead guilty to something they knew I was charged for but I wasn’t aware. I was never charged as they were my allegations. But the solicitor failed to tell me. I sat on floor when got home and sobbed to find was failed so much and how sad it’s happened. Good job there’s more got another solicitor or would never of known the underhandedness. Such ashame. I wouldn’t recommend Oaks. Trust me.
