If I could give no stars I would. Steer clear of this crock of solicitors, John Wilford especially. We had the unfortunate experience of John Wilford representing us. He did absolutely nothing, communication was sparse at the best of times.

He never went through our defence then dumped us on a Friday afternoon, under 48 hours before a trial.

He kept saying when I’ve dealt with this other case, I’ll work on yours, he never did any work.

The trial was unlawful and he refused to apply for an abuse of process despite already stating, it was an abuse and the summons was illegal.

He also allowed ‘the other case’ to go to prison. He knew it was the same abuse

His boss then stated after complaint, John Wilford was in the right.

Feel absolutely let down . John Wilford does not communicate effectively. I think his passion for this job has declined and this has made him insensitive and less passionate towards his cases.

for the last 2 month your company was supposed to represent my partner on 2 matters, your service and communication skills are attracious. I would never advise anyonr to use the chesterfield office. by the way I also asked them for an address to write a letter of complaint and have been totally ignored
