I am not in the habit of writing reviews but if one person reads this and decides not to engage Thackery Williams then sticking my head over the parapet on this forum will have been justified. Our experience has been one of complete lack of commitment, sloppy, inaccurate work and grossly over inflated, unjustified costs. Leah Cregg, you should be ashamed of yourself, we are reporting you to the Legal Ombudsman.

A huge thank you to Sarah and Hannah at Thackray Williams for their help with the sale of my mother's property. They were friendly and responsive and were consistently one step ahead of the buyer's solicitors. Their communication was great during the exchange and completion process, which made it all much less stressful. My mother hopes to buy a property soon and will definitely be using Thackray Williams!

Used Thackery Williams for our house purchase. Kevin and Laura headed up our purchase and we’re very friendly and knowledgeable.
We were encouraged to go with another solicitor by the bank which honestly just waited our time and delayed the completion. We’re so glad we paid the extra money and went with Thackery Williams. Would certainly use them again.

I used them to buy a house; Samantha, who was my main point of contact, was very efficient and professional. I would definitely definitely use them again. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of a small mistake they made when billing me.
