I’m extremely disappointed. I hired them to be the conveyancer for my sale/purchase. Firstly, I was quoted a price for the searches, which I wasn’t told had increased until they were ready to start. Then, I was repeatedly asked the same questions over and over, which I’d already explained that I didn’t have the answers too. A process that should take 8-12 weeks took almost 4 months. After completion, when they were paid, I sent an email to ask if I had any recourse for a leaking roof, as o thought it may be a breach of contract, and didn’t get a reply. Dealing with this firm has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had
