Used these this year back around july time as my previous solicitors in bargoed done litrslly nothing after 5 weeks.
I delt with gaynor and she was absolutely amazing from the off. The process went through so quick and stress free since using t.s.edwards.
Even to the point id left my passport there one day and she took time out of her day when she finished work to drop it back upto me.
Gaynor was such a massive help and sped the process up so fast. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone

Used TS Edwards for recent home move, could not recommend. Poor communication, Gaynor was unhelpful, slow and borderline rude. Having issues almost 3 months down the line with Stamp Duty demand letters from the Land Registry, which I paid TS Edwards upon completion and I can't get them to confirm they have passed on the £16k payment!
