I was being charged with an alleged motoring offence where the other party had a so called witness and who’s written statements of the incident were significantly different. Lies were shown to have occurred; financial compensation was claimed. My solicitor would not pursue my specific request for body cam footage which would normally have been taken of a witness, as was the case with others that had been recorded. He was also reluctant to recognise flawed police and witness evidence while showing reluctance to accept compelling evidence in my own defence. I could convey much more from my records, but this would have the disadvantage of a lengthy account on this platform.
