I recently sold my flat and purchased a small house with Riccardo Catalani as our solicitor. The flat sale was ridiculously complicated and the purchase was a private sale so it was easy for everything to feel rather overwhelming.
Riccardo was always so calm, and so organised. He always had everything ready in advance, was clear in his explanations when I had concerns and made sure that I had time to understand and consider the decisions that needed to be made. He managed the council, to whom I sold the flat, with firm good manners and always advocated for me without being pushed or reminded.
Selling and buying houses is generally a very stressful time but Riccardo made me feel confident and protected at every step so I, in turn, was able to make informed and calm choices throughout. I very much recommend this wonderful team of people and I know I will return to him in the future if I am ever to sell a house again.
