I've discovered that self-care involves nourishing my body, mind, and spirit, which is vital for restoring harmony in my life. Following an undiagnosed spinal injury leading to paralysis my daughter researched online for solicitors she felt best able to lodge, conduct and conclude a negligence claim against the NHS.
