My mother recently moved and Nigel Penzer of Stephen Murray dealt with what turned out to be a difficult move very professionally and was also extremely efficient and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely biggest mistake using stephen murray & co. Assumed they would be good, but very dissapointed and frustrated with the lack of general update on purchase conveyancing. Failed to act promptly to investigate probate status not completed. Lack of enthusiasm to complete the searches in good time. Very shrewd on the phone when I chased for updates. Solicitors are supposed to act in the clients interest with feedback and updates. I had to walk away from the house purchase due to an inept estate agent playing silly games, a complete buffoon of a solicitor from the vendors, then the cherry on cake, Nigel Penzer who couldnt give a toss what I was saying. Took us for a ride, and still charged us for abortive fees! Outrageous to say the least. If he had done his job properly and checked the probate first, we would have not wasted 3 months!!!!!!!

Used for recent property purchase. Was very efficient with no wasting time. Didn't charge for emails or phone calls so could ask him questions which is very useful, without additional cost.

Used Nigel's services for our recent move (Sept 2021). Nigel was very attentive throughout ensuring everything went through smoothly. Would highly recommend

Completed with Nigel June 2021 - excellent service from an experienced professional. Gave us confidence through the entire process and made sure we were in our new home before stamp duty relief ended. Kulbinder was also a great support! Good experience all round.
