I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Stenfield Solicitors - Buntingford Branch.
In my experience, the service was unprofessional and poorly managed. Communication was very disappointing — emails and calls often went unanswered, and I frequently had to chase for updates. This created unnecessary stress during what should have been a properly handled legal process.
I also felt that there was a lack of sufficient legal knowledge and attention to detail in the handling of my matter. Important aspects did not appear to be dealt with thoroughly, and I did not feel confident that my case was being managed competently.
Payment was requested upfront, yet after funds were transferred, communication significantly reduced and responses became even slower. As a client, this was very frustrating and concerning.
Overall, based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this branch due to the lack of responsiveness, professionalism, and service quality.
