We've moved many times, and this from (Specifically Rhodri Jones) was the worst experience of conveyancing ever!

We, the agents and everyone else ended up chasing to stuff done. Rhodri even refused to give further updates on our daughters simultaneous purchase, and sat with files unread for over 10 days; all the delays were stressful, and completely avoidable. Although he seemed chatty enough with me, his attitude came across as misogynistic, patronising and completely unprofessional for my daughter, which given it was her first house purchase was the worst introduction to ownership possible.

Given my time again, I would go with anyone else, regardless of cost... Deeply unsatisfied! 🫤
