I contacted this firm regarding a potential clinical negligence claim and made it clear that no expert report had yet been obtained.

Despite this, they repeatedly stated that a pro bono expert opinion must exist, based on their interpretation of previous correspondence, and did not accept clarification on two seperate occasions. Their opinion was based on assumption and they were unwilling to accept my explanation.

As a result, my case does not appear to have been considered on an accurate factual basis.

Absolutely would not recommend.
