Would not recommend for property purchase. We would have of gone elsewhere had we known we would of had a trainee. Communication was poor and they didn't let us know tor pass over to a colleague when they were off work. There was a lot of in fighting between between them and the sellers solicitors who made it sound like both us and the sellers where being awkward. The only reason anything happened was because we sorted it all ourselves with the sellers who were actually wanted the same thing we did.

When we asked simple questions such as why processes were taking so long and questioned contradicting information from our bank. They seemed to take it personally and suggested we could go elsewhere, rather than answering our questions, which I found a childish and defensive.

Only when we handed our notice in for our rented property and gave them a deadline did they actually do something. Another staff member got the sale across the line (who we were pleased with) days before we would of been homeless. Overall, it was incredibly frustrating and prelonged process.

I have bought property three times with the help of Sprake & Kingsley since 2018, and sold property through them twice. John and Anna are worth their weight in gold - I only wish that the conveyancers on the other side of the transactions were half as good!

Nick Kingsley and his team guided us through what should have been a simple house sale that turned into nearly 4 years of hell. A fantastic solicitor who went above and beyond and a fantastic firm. Claire and Sally were particularly brilliant. So grateful to them all.
