Very poor. A long, long time taken to carry out the work agreed and paid for, I was then advised after a further 12 months that the documents had never been registered with the correct body, which was necessary to have my wishes legally enforceable - so what I thought was legally in place never was. However I was given the option of contacting the ombudsman and did receive a partial refund after complaining,
