I found selling my property a very smooth process. With email prompts, electronic onboarding and more importantly friendly staff happy to help when he needed to call them. They seemed to be well organised and had everything done ahead of time at their end. When there was delays due to the buyer they handled it well, effectively and knew exactly what action to take for the best results. Probably the best experience I’ve had with solicitors. No nagging was required at any stage. Very professional

I had a disappointing experience with Stanton & Partners during my property purchase.

Communication was the main issue throughout. Phone calls were rarely answered, and when I needed to speak directly to someone handling the matter, it felt impossible. Queries were filtered through a receptionist or PA, with responses often deferred for weeks at a time. This made what should already be a stressful process far more difficult than necessary.

For something as time-sensitive and important as a property transaction, clear and timely communication is essential, and unfortunately that wasn’t my experience here.

I hope this is something the firm improves going forward, as it significantly impacted my confidence during the purchase.
