NOT WORTH EVEN ONE STAR --------- I am seriously questioning the professionalism and client care standards at SMK Law Solicitors. From my experience, customer service seems to be nowhere on their agenda, and I am left wondering whether they are truly qualified to provide legal advice or simply catering to people who can’t find better solicitors elsewhere. I was repeatedly told that “Nasir” was the only person I needed to speak to, yet after several calls I was given conflicting information about his availability. First, I was told he only works Mondays and Tuesdays, then when I called Monday morning, I was told he doesn’t start until midday, and when I called again in the afternoon, I was told he was on lunch. This back-and-forth felt like a complete runaround and made me question whether this firm takes its clients seriously or if it’s just poorly managed. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend SMK Law Solicitors to anyone seeking reliable and professional legal support.

They are one the best Solicitors, Especially Shahid who has been dealing with my case for the past 5 years. Very professional and the fees are reasonable. Always ready to help at a phone call and listen with care and gives me great advice when needed. The office is always maintained and clean. Staff are always welcoming
